1. Service
VenDebta is a cash flow management tool that helps businesses manage invoices, send payment reminders, and follow up on unpaid invoices. VenDebta is operated by Onelab Oy (Business ID: 3354076-8), Helsinki, Finland.
VenDebta is not a collection agency. You use VenDebta as a tool to manage your own customer relationships and follow up on your own invoices.
2. Token-based pricing
VenDebta uses a token system. 1 token = €1 (or $1 in USD regions). Tokens are used for specific actions (reminders, escalations, legal documents). Creating cases and viewing data is free. New accounts receive 20 free tokens.
Token purchases are non-refundable once used. Unused tokens remain on your account indefinitely.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
- You must have a legitimate basis for contacting the people whose data you enter (e.g., an actual unpaid invoice)
- You must comply with applicable laws regarding debt collection in your jurisdiction
- Messages sent through VenDebta are sent by you, from your own devices — you are responsible for their content
4. Legal documents
VenDebta generates legal document templates (e.g., court filings) as a convenience. These are templates only — they do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting any legal documents. Consult a lawyer for complex or disputed cases.
5. AI-generated content
VenDebta uses AI to generate payment reminders and notices. You should always review AI-generated content before sending. VenDebta is not responsible for the content of messages you choose to send.
6. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. VenDebta never stores your credit card information. By purchasing tokens, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
7. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Unused tokens are forfeited upon account deletion.
8. Limitation of liability
VenDebta is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to: uncollected debts, incorrect legal documents, or message delivery failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for tokens in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
